O encontro reuniu no Teatro Oct\u00e1vio Guizzo, autoridades, representantes do setor produtivo e parceiros estrat\u00e9gicos com o objetivo de fortalecer o di\u00e1logo, promover a integra\u00e7\u00e3o regional e construir solu\u00e7\u00f5es conjuntas para os desafios da cadeia log\u00edstica florestal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O workshop teve como foco principal a escuta ativa de empres\u00e1rios e representantes do setor, al\u00e9m da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de programas e a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas ao fortalecimento da log\u00edstica florestal e da integra\u00e7\u00e3o regional. A programa\u00e7\u00e3o contou com pain\u00e9is t\u00e9cnicos sobre Log\u00edstica Florestal, Torre de Controle de Transporte e Malha Vi\u00e1ria, temas considerados estrat\u00e9gicos para ampliar a competitividade do setor.<br><br>\u201cCampo Grande possui um papel estrat\u00e9gico nesse cen\u00e1rio. A Semades atua como articuladora para fomentar a integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre ind\u00fastrias e empres\u00e1rios locais. A Capital tem potencial para atender o plantio florestal e toda a cadeia log\u00edstica associada, desde o transporte at\u00e9 os servi\u00e7os de apoio. Nosso papel \u00e9 criar pontes, ouvir o setor produtivo e trabalhar de forma integrada para que Campo Grande, fortalecendo a economia local e sustentabilidade\u201d, destacou gerente de Ind\u00fastria, Com\u00e9rcio e Servi\u00e7os da Semades, Rafaela Capelari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.campogrande.ms.gov.br\/portal\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-16-at-09.43.03-1024x803.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-155660\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Representando a Suzano, o diretor de abastecimento de madeira em Ribas do Rio Pardo, Rodrigo Zagonel, destacou a relev\u00e2ncia da log\u00edstica para as opera\u00e7\u00f5es da empresa no Estado, especialmente ap\u00f3s a entrada em opera\u00e7\u00e3o da f\u00e1brica de celulose. \u201cO Mato Grosso do Sul hoje responde por quase 40% de toda a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de celulose da Suzano. A log\u00edstica \u00e9 um dos grandes fatores diferenciais do nosso neg\u00f3cio. Ter uma cadeia log\u00edstica eficiente traz produtividade, competitividade e permite o desenvolvimento das nossas opera\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.campogrande.ms.gov.br\/portal\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-16-at-09.43.03-1-1024x748.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-155661\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainda segundo Rodrigo, a cadeia log\u00edstica florestal da empresa no Estado opera por meio dos modais rodovi\u00e1rio e ferrovi\u00e1rio, com transporte de madeira realizado por tritrens e hexatrens, al\u00e9m do escoamento da celulose via ferrovia a partir de terminais em Aparecida do Taboado e Inoc\u00eancia. A f\u00e1brica, em conjunto com o poder p\u00fablico, j\u00e1 atua em iniciativas voltadas \u00e0 melhoria da infraestrutura e ao fortalecimento da cadeia log\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O evento tamb\u00e9m foi uma oportunidade para empres\u00e1rios locais conhecerem de perto as demandas e oportunidades do setor florestal. G\u00e9lson Pavone, empres\u00e1rio do setor de transportes, afirmou que o workshop abriu novas perspectivas de atua\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cHoje ainda n\u00e3o atuamos diretamente no setor de papel e celulose, mas esse evento mostra a import\u00e2ncia e as possibilidades dessa modalidade de transporte. \u00c9 muito relevante para as empresas do Mato Grosso do Sul\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.campogrande.ms.gov.br\/portal\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-16-at-09.43.02-1-1024x735.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-155662\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 Pedro Lopes, empres\u00e1rio do setor de loca\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamentos pesados, destacou que o workshop permitiu conhecer novas frentes de atua\u00e7\u00e3o junto \u00e0 Suzano. \u201cFoi uma oportunidade muito boa para entender melhor a \u00e1rea de log\u00edstica florestal, que utiliza equipamentos que j\u00e1 trabalhamos.
